In Russia, the Chinese small electric car XEV YOYO, created using 3D printing, has been certified.
The Chinese company XEV started producing electric cars XEV YOYO back in 2018, and a year ago this model entered the European market. The dimensions of the double baby are 2495 x 1500 x 1555 mm, the wheelbase is 1680 mm. Trunk volume – 180 liters, reported on the site “Chinese cars”.
The peak power of the electric motor, which is located on the rear axle of the car, is 20 hp. The electric car is equipped with three replaceable batteries with a capacity of 10.3 kWh, can reach speeds of up to 80 km/h and travel 150 km on a single charge.
At the same time, of course, only a part of the parts of the electric car is made on a 3D printer. These are mainly body and interior panels, as well as interior details. The frame is made of steel.
The Russian market will receive XEV YOYO electric vehicles equipped, among other things, with ABS, air conditioning and a panoramic sunroof. They will be manufactured by Shandong Lichi New Energy Automobile and distributed by Quattro Motors Rus.
The first batch will be 150 pieces. And, judging by the current condition market of electric vehicles in our country, this is more than enough. How much the car will cost in Russia is not yet known. But in the EU it is now being sold at a price of about 14 thousand euros – at the current exchange rate of the Central Bank, this is about 860 thousand rubles.
