Since the beginning of the special military operation in Ukraine, the Belgorod region has been subjected to shelling and attacks from drones. In border Zhuravlevka back in March last year was introduced emergency mode. At the beginning of last summer, the Shebekinsky urban district was subjected to intense shelling, due to which most of the inhabitants left it. At the end of June, after a decrease in the number of attacks, residents started to come back to the district.
Behind past day 31 mortar shells and 13 fragmentation ammunition were fired at the settlements of the Shebekinsky urban district.
