Elections for a new chairman were held in the Kostroma Boxing Federation

The candidate for Master of Sports, Vladimir Grigoriev, became the new head of the Boxing Federation – representatives of all branches of the Federation unanimously voted for him at the general conference on February 6.

The new head of the boxing community outlined the goals that he will strive to achieve in his new post.

First of all, Vladimir Grigoriev intends to seek the creation of two new training grounds for boxing – in the gym of the Academy of the Russian Chemistry and Biology of the Russian Academy of Sciences and in the building of the KGSHA in Karavaevo.

“We were at the All-Russian Boxing Forum in the city of Serpukhov. It offers a program to support funding for the development of sports in schools, universities, and military academies. This happens at the subsidized level. And we, perhaps, using the example of the Agricultural Academy, will now try to work out one of these grants,” the new head of the boxing federation shared his plans with those gathered.

In addition to the chairman, the conference delegates also elected a new board of the Federation, in which. Deputy of the Regional Duma Vyacheslav Golovnikov became the chairman of the supervisory board.
