Elderly Surgut women relieve stress with boxing

In Surgut, the Active Life city non-profit organization launched the Strong Mind with Reason project, in which grandmothers go in for sports and spend time actively. Fitness for pensioners – three times a week, they also go to the cinema, cafes, museums and cinema, and in winter they even plunged into the hole.

Now Surgut women are mastering boxing – not as a martial art, but as a kind of fitness, during training the whole body works, the heart muscle and respiratory system are strengthened.
