The capital has concluded 35 agreements with investors since the start of the program to stimulate the creation of MATs. According to their results, the city will receive 80 new buildings for various purposes, where Muscovites will be able to work.
“Under 35 agreements with the city, investors will build 80 industrial, social and public business facilities in Moscow with a total area of almost 1.7 million square meters. meters,” said Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Yefimov.
He added that as a result, 57,000 new jobs will appear in the city. Investors will invest 156.4 billion rubles in the implementation of projects.
Thus, 47 schools and kindergartens, 13 business centers, 10 modern technology parks and industrial complexes, 4 shopping centers, 2 retail and office buildings, as well as a sports complex, an art museum, an innovation center and a production and logistics complex will appear in Moscow.
According to Vladislav Ovchinsky, Head of the Investment and Industrial Policy Department, last year alone the city concluded 17 agreements with investors, which is more than in the previous two years. Investors will invest more than 63 billion rubles in the construction of 50 facilities, and after commissioning, 25,000 jobs will appear.
The program for stimulating the creation of MATs provides for the comprehensive development of new districts. According to it, developers are building not only housing, but also socially important facilities.
