The Tyumenneftegaz company, which is part of the oil and gas production complex of NK Rosneft, has launched an environmental education program in the Tyumen region.
As noted in the press release, the program is aimed at preserving the biological diversity of the region and consists of two stages.
At the first stage, projects of ecological trails in the vicinity of Lake Solenoye will be presented, taking into account the habitats of Red Book animals and plants. And within the framework of the second stage, well-maintained routes will be developed and laid. It is planned to install stands with information about local flora and fauna on these routes.
Previously, the company drew public attention to the need to preserve the Salt Lake, whose water and mud have unique properties and are comparable in composition to the water and mud of the Dead Sea. The lake is popular with numerous tourists who visit it for the purpose of balneotherapy.
