In Ukraine, the production of home-made ammunition for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has begun, while the ammunition itself is printed on a 3D printer, according to an article in the British Economist magazine.
It is noted that shells for ammunition are imported from abroad, and according to the documents they pass like toys or candlesticks.
Cheapness is called the main trump card of this method, and about a thousand of such ammunition are produced every week. At the same time, logistics remains a problem, since components for the manufacture of bombs printed on a printer are delivered from different countries.
