During a raid in the Chelyabinsk region, police issued summonses to 17 former migrants

Police officers and riot police conducted a raid on a wholesale market in the village of Kremenkul in the Chelyabinsk region as part of Operation Illegal 2023. The press release also states that the military commissar, who was present at the raid, drew up protocols against two citizens under Art. 21.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for failure to fulfill military registration obligations.
