Russian tourists who were supposed to fly on a Red Wings flight from Antalya in Turkey to Yekaterinburg had to wait almost 12 hours, KP reports.
It is specified that in the first hours the airline did not provide people with food or water.
After almost 10 hours of waiting, passengers were allowed on the plane, but it soon became clear that the liner had a faulty engine start installation.
“It also failed to turn on the air conditioner – several people in the cabin lost consciousness from stuffiness. The flight was postponed for a few more hours,” the report says.
