The media found fortifications in the Belarusian border Gomel
In the Gomel region, about 20 km from the border of Belarus and Ukraine, fortifications appeared, including tetrahedrons – “dragon’s teeth”. Non-state Belarusian media write about this with reference to “monitoring groups”.
The publication “Nasha Niva” (previously listed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus in the list of extremist organizations) writes that, according to available data, a line of “dragon’s teeth” appeared at the exit from the settlement of Kalinino, Gomel region. It is indicated that a “whole line” has already been built in the field along the highway in the direction of Ukraine.
The first reports about “dragon’s teeth” in the Gomel region in the Belarusian and Ukrainian media began to appear in January of this year. The publications claimed that local residents began reporting trucks with tetrahedrons as early as December, and also that the production of protective structures was carried out in the area. Opinions were also given, according to which the tetrahedra could be used not only for the needs of the Belarusian armed forces, but also sent to other countries.
In 2022, “dragon’s teeth” lines began to appear in Russian Belgorod And Kursk areas bordering Ukraine. At the beginning of this year, the Polish authorities announced the installation of anti-tank hedgehogs and concrete “teeth” along the entire border with Belarus.
