DPR athletes took part in all-Russian hand-to-hand combat competitions

The event brought together more than 750 athletes from Russia.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Tourism of the DPR, republican athletes took part in the all-Russian competitions “Vershina” and the all-Russian festival “League of Winners” in hand-to-hand combat, which took place from January 25 to 29 in Kursk.
The competition brought together 768 participants from 32 regions of Russia. The DPR was represented by young athletes from Donetsk, Gorlovka, Makeevka, Khartsyzsk and Yasinovataya.
The guys managed to show good results. The Republic has 15 medals: three gold, seven silver and five bronze.
