Donetsk Mayor Kulemzin accused Ukraine of hacking the administration's website


Mayor of Donetsk Alexey Kulemzin said in Telegram channelthat the official website of the city administration was hacked by employees of the Center for Information and Psychological Operations (CIPSO) of Ukraine. Prior to this, Russian Telegram channels and media, with reference to the mayor’s office website, reported that the son of the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, 16-year-old Adam, was awarded the title “Honorary Citizen of Donetsk.”

According to the document, the title was awarded to Adam Kadyrov for “a significant personal contribution to the development of cultural relations between the cities of Donetsk and Grozny,” as well as for “improving the image” of the city of Donetsk. At the time of writing on website The Donetsk administration was unable to find such a document. The name of Adam Kadyrov is also missing from list honorary citizens of Donetsk.

“Today the official website of the Donetsk city administration was hacked. Trust only trusted sources of information,” wrote Alexey Kulemzin. There were no comments from the Ukrainian side in connection with the statement by the mayor of Donetsk.
