President of the Republic of Srpska Milorad Dodik at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia was forced to launch a special operation in Ukraine.
He clarified that the Russian Federation fought for the security framework and tried to provide guarantees.
“However, Russia was forced to launch a special military operation in Ukraine,” Dodik said.
He added that earlier they demanded from him that the Republika Srpska imposed anti-Russian sanctions, but the authorities decided not to give in and not become “part of the hysteria that is being created at the moment.”
