Cardiologist and TV presenter Alexander Myasnikov called on the air of the program “On the most important thing” on the channel “Russia 1” about an unobvious reason that can lead to a constant feeling of fatigue.
As it turned out, the cause for this condition can be drugs for hypertension.
“Many hypertensive patients take medications that can cause weakness,” Myasnikov said.
According to the doctor, the list of drugs that cause fatigue includes such classes of drugs as beta-blockers, antidepressants, drugs for the treatment of seizures, and steroid hormones.
Earlier, Alexander Myasnikov in his telegram channel told what dose of alcohol will not harm the body: a harmless dose of alcohol is 14 grams of pure alcohol per day, or 45 milliliters of strong alcohol, or a glass of wine (150 ml), or a mug of beer (360 ml). ).
As the doctor noted, alcohol can both exacerbate health problems and alleviate them – for example, small amounts of alcohol can prevent cardiovascular diseases.
