58-year-old Mikhail Kravets joined the coaching staff of HC Amur on September 21, 2021. On September 27, 2021, the specialist took over as interim head coach at the Khabarovsk club after the dismissal of Vladimir Vorobyov.
Dmitry Ryabykin headed the coaching staff of the Omsk club on May 1, 2022. He replaced Canadian specialist Bob Hartley, who left the post of Avangard mentor on April 5.
