In the area of Lake Baikal, the trade in such disposable plastic goods as plastic bags, bags and utensils was banned. The source reports that the State Duma Committee on Ecology approved the relevant bill in the first reading.
Recall that on February 25 in Moscow, for the first time, an environmental project was implemented to collect empty plastic packaging from cosmetics for the purpose of further processing.
The action was initiated by a well-known Crimean cosmetic brand, which organized plastic collection in its branded stores in Simferopol and Sevastopol three and a half years ago. And since the end of 2021, the project has been implemented outside the Crimea – in Rostov-on-Don, Tyumen, Kaliningrad, Krasnodar, where there are also branded brand stores. And now Moscow has joined the action.
Earlier in the Moscow region, the Russian environmental operator announced that it would allocate 6.1 billion rubles for the construction of three recycling complexes.
