Also exclude from the composition of the schemes for the integrated use and protection of water bodies the list of water management measures and measures for the protection of water bodies.

The Ministry of Natural Resources decided to install special information signs marking the boundaries of water protection zones and coastal protective strips on the ground, in recreation areas and other places of mass stay of citizens.

The representatives of the factions supported the bill, but Makarov unexpectedly abandoned the idea of ​​adopting the law in all readings on the same day.

“Colleagues, I think that we will not discuss all the ideas that we have on how we can change the tax system, preferably the country’s budget system within the framework of this law, it raises specific questions, and as I understand it, against the fact that set out in the law, no one has any objections,” Makarov said.

What Deputy Makarov really thinks there is not always clear to him. Obviously, the situation is changing dangerously every day, and under the pressure of circumstances, Putin decided to discuss tax administration issues with the government. Clearly, the law should not overtake decisions from above.

The key issue of the meeting was the resolution “On the appeal of the chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation “To the parliaments of the countries of the world in connection with the military biological activities of the United States outside its territory”.
