The police of St. Petersburg drew up protocols for five deputies of the Smolninskoye municipality. Earlier, they appealed to the State Duma demanding that Russian President Vladimir Putin be charged with treason. The deputies believe that his decision to launch a special military operation resulted in the death of military personnel, economic problems, NATO expansion and an increase in the armed potential of Ukraine. A day later, the municipalities had to report to the police, where they were issued protocols on discrediting the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
