Disclosed the amount of payments mobilized in Russia

Vladimir Putin, who announced partial mobilization, specifically noted that the social security of recruits would be at the level of contract servicemen. Accordingly, this also applies to monetary allowance. We found out how much it can amount to when performing the tasks of a special military operation, that is, in a zone of special risk.

The monetary maintenance of military personnel is the concern of the Ministry of Defense. There is a whole department of financial support there. In the military department in recent years, the monetary allowance of contract servicemen has increased significantly. For example. If 15-20 years ago an officer with the rank of colonel received in his hands an amount in rubles equivalent to $ 150, today the salary allowance of an officer with such a rank is much higher.

A whole system of incentive payments for service in peacetime has been developed and implemented. For example, a serviceman who successfully fulfills the prescribed sports standards may receive a monthly allowance of several tens of thousands of rubles.

The basis of monetary allowance is the salary according to the position and the salary according to the military rank. Soldiers of the same rank, for example, “major”, will receive differently if one of them is a battalion commander, and the other is a company commander.

There is a strict billing of positions. There are 40 tariff categories in total. From shooter to commander-in-chief and minister. Salaries for military rank are also determined – from private to army general.

By the way, several years ago it was decided to introduce a monthly allowance for military personnel serving in primary military positions (from the 1st to the 4th tariff category). This is, for example, a driver or a driver. The allowance can be up to half of the salary.

What are the additional payments? For example, seniority bonus. Given that reserve servicemen are subject to mobilization, they may also have length of service. If this experience is from 2 to 5 years, then they are entitled to a 10 percent increase in salary. For service of 25 years or more – 40%.

There is a premium for class qualification (from 5% to 30%); for secrecy (10-25%); for special conditions of service (up to 30%).

There is also an award for conscientious and effective performance of official duties. – up to 25%.

Another allowance is provided for the performance of work associated with a risk to life and health in peacetime (diving, parachuting). In this case, the military can receive a double salary in peacetime.

An additional coefficient to the salary is given by some insignia of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Additional benefits and payments are provided for those who serve in areas with a harsh climate or outside the country. For example, the so-called district coefficient for military service in the regions of the Far North and areas with adverse environmental and climatic conditions (in the highlands, desert) can double the salary.

Even for the military, tax deductions are provided for the children of the taxpayer; annual financial assistance (monthly salary).

All these payments are valid in peacetime.

As for the performance of tasks in combat conditions, other standards come into force here. For example, in the same Syria, our military has a triple experience – that is, one day for three. At the same time, a double salary and daily allowance for abroad are paid. – $53 per day.

It is believed that staying in the zone of a special military operation is equated to such conditions. Thus, taking into account all additional payments, the monthly allowance of contract servicemen can range from 200 to 300 thousand rubles, depending on the rank, position, length of service, and qualifications.

During the Great Patriotic War, there was a system of additional payments for soldiers, sergeants and officers for destroyed enemy equipment – for a downed tank, a downed aircraft, and a destroyed cannon. So far, the Russian Defense Ministry has not reported whether such an incentive system exists today.

The state also guarantees insurance payments to a serviceman in case of injury (3 million rubles), as well as a lump sum payment to the family in case of death (5 million rubles).

In a number of regions of Russia, they announced additional payments to the mobilized. According to the decree of the mayor of Moscow, military personnel called up for mobilization will be paid 50,000 rubles a month. In case of injury, the mobilized will receive from half a million to a million rubles. In case of death, the family of the mobilized will receive 3 million.

The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov established a lump sum payment for mobilized – 200 thousand rubles. For residents of the Tula region, such a payment will be 100 thousand. In the Yamalo-Nenets District – 300 thousand.
