Signals that 14-15-year-old students of Khimki School No. 29 were beating their own comrades with impunity both in the school itself and in the shopping center closest to it began to arrive in mid-September. At first, alarmed parents only signaled to the school, where they regularly expressed sympathy and promised to take action. But the beatings continued.
“Since September, they have been beating her in the men’s toilet of the school for “inappropriate appearance,” says one of the mothers, whose son called her from that same school toilet and called for help. — I sent a selfie, my whole face is covered in blood, instead of lips it’s a mess. Students from the south of the country, of whom there are not that many in our class, but they all consider themselves “brothers-wrestlers,” decided for everyone who should dress how. And whoever deviates from their “dress code” is beaten in the toilet. The whole flock is for one. And the teacher, whom I called and asked to call an ambulance for my son, refused to do so. Like, she’s still new here and can’t take on such responsibility. And he says to me: let him go home! And he’s covered in blood!
Other parents of the ill-fated school add that they beat up not only in the toilet, which is still a relatively secluded place, but also in the local shopping center in front of everyone. But many people have the feeling that “dress code fighters” are some kind of sacred cows. No matter how much you complain about them, the school only “expresses sympathy.” And the juvenile sadists, as if nothing had happened, continue to study in it – or rather, beat their comrades. However, one mother, whose son came home covered in blood, admits she has moved on.
“First, like everyone else, I called the director. Natalya Gennadievna, I say, chaos is going on here! For some reason, a handful of hot eighth-graders decided that they had the right to set rules for everyone and enforce them with the help of fists and attacks by the whole pack on one. And the director answers me: “Please accept my sincere condolences.” It’s as if my son had already been killed! I was so outraged that I wrote a statement to the police.
Law enforcement officers who received a statement regarding the Khimki school case assure that there is more than one and the work has been going on since mid-September. According to previous statements, three teenagers from this school have already been detained and are facing criminal charges under the article “Hooliganism.” All of them are also from the southern regions of the country. A criminal case has also been opened against the school administration, which allowed its “hot” students to indulge in permissiveness, for negligence in relation to their official duties. However, until the end of last week, when another episode of a group beating was revealed, the Khimki “cart” was still there: some studied, others beat them. But due to the testimony of those already detained, confirmed by videos on social networks, the investigation now has two new minors involved. They filmed their bullying of their peers on their phones and posted it for everyone to see.
“Obviously, they were proud of their daring,” one of the popes of the ill-fated 29th Khimki is indignant. “Although their videos show not only themselves, but also that one of the attackers is holding the victim’s hands while the other is beating her. What kind of “fighters” they are after that, pack jackals, that’s all. And the video also shows that everything is happening right at school. However, when their accomplices were caught, they began to delete the video. But we managed to upload so much that, fortunately for us, we were unable to delete everything. Now everyone saw their faces.
Having thus identified two more members of the same school gang, the investigation already wanted to join them to the already neutralized part of the school organized crime group, but was faced with the fact that the criminals had fled. According to the Investigative Committee for the Moscow Region, “measures are being taken to detain the suspects, and additional episodes of hooliganism by teenagers are being identified. At the moment, the educational institution is studying documents and conducting interrogations.”
– Well, how can 14-year-old boys hide? — the parents of beaten schoolchildren speculate. – Moreover, their families don’t put their children on the wanted list! They were probably taken to their relatives in Makhachkala to sit out the “kipesh”. And when it subsides, they will return as if nothing had happened. They always do this, adults too. And she told me: a boy’s fight is a mutual matter.
