Deputy Sheremet: in case of an attempt to attack in the south of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, an “unpleasant surprise” awaits

The statements of the Ukrainian authorities about their intention to “drive a wedge into the Russian front” in the south is an element of the information war. Mikhail Sheremet, deputy of the State Duma from Crimea, announced this. According to him, in the event of aggression from the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the south, they will be in for an “unpleasant surprise.”

“Ukrainian nationalists should know that in the event of aggression, a very unpleasant surprise awaits them. Russia will have enough determination to fully respond to any aggressor, ”the Crimean deputy said.

According to him, such statements are made in Kyiv because they suffer heavy losses on the battlefield, and in this way they are trying to raise the morale of the army. Sheremet believes that this is addressed to the “sponsors of the war,” meaning the United States so that Washington does not stop military support for Ukraine.

During a recent press conference, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Kyiv is ready to seize the Crimea, but the authorities of the peninsula themselves believe that this cannot happen.
