Deputy Secretary of the Security Council Mikhail Popov, in a conversation with the KP, said that the storm that arose at the end of November in the Black Sea could have scattered the minefields of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
He clarified that mines pose a great danger to civilian ships. This situation will most likely have a negative impact on the economies of all Black Sea countries.
“During the storm, the height of the oxen reached nine meters. This storm was the strongest in recent decades. It could disperse minefields that had previously been laid by Ukrainian soldiers. This is a great danger for civil courts,” Popov noted.
