Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko held today, September 1, a figurative lesson as part of the Share Your Knowledge educational marathon. The event was held at the Innopolis Lyceum (Republic of Tatarstan). Pupils and students watched his performance. Mr. Chernyshenko told them about phygital sports, its influence on the harmonious development of the individual through a combination of classical sports and e-sports.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation believes that today it is very important to combine the balance of numbers and “physics”. “The phygital principle just helps with this. This is not just sports, but a new philosophy of life and personal development. The future belongs to innovative sports. According to research, only in Russia 65% of the population play video games, digital sports are associated with an activity for the younger generation, and the majority of those Russians who have heard of digital sports consider it a real sport,” said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

From February 23 to March 3, 2024, Kazan will host the international multisport tournament “Games of the Future”. Its participants will compete in 16 disciplines that combine the concept of “phygital” (physical + digital) and combine classic sports and e-sports.
