Vladimir Isakov, Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy and Property of the Legislative Assembly of the Primorsky Territory, has decided to step down as a deputy. As the parliamentarian explained, he is moving to work in the central office of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR).
“This is due to the fact that now I have to apply all my knowledge and accumulated managerial experience already at the federal level in the apparatus of the FNPR. New tasks require the most complete immersion and personal presence outside the region, it is impossible to combine this with full-fledged and high-quality work in the Legislative Assembly of Primorye,” Mr. Isakov said in his Telegram.
Vladimir Isakov was elected as a member of the regional parliament in 2021 on the list of United Russia. He entered in the regional top three candidates from the ruling party. It is not yet known which of the United Russia members will receive the vacated deputy mandate.
Since October 2015 Mr. Isakov leads Federation of Trade Unions of Primorye.
