Deputy Milonov decided to ban Russians from getting tattoos under 18 years of age

Tattoos will be equivalent to alcohol
The parliamentarian told MK that he has begun to develop a draft law, according to which tattoos will be available to a person strictly from the age of 18. The idea behind the bill was prompted by the epidemic of tattoos among young people. The deputy blames their idols among rappers for the popularity of tattoos among young people.
“Today it’s easier to get a tattoo than to pay rent,” says Vitaly Milonov, deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family, Women and Children, in a conversation with MK. – In fact, you can get a tattoo at any age: and if today painted high school students are already a reality, then tomorrow we need to start getting used to cyanotic kindergarteners?
Now we are starting to work on writing a draft law, according to which a tattoo will be available to a person strictly from 18 years of age. Or from 21 years old. I’m more inclined to the second option. Let’s equate tattoos to alcohol. Well, if someone wants to get a tattoo on their face, it will be impossible to do this without a certificate from a psychiatrist.
