RIA Novosti reported that the first deputy head of the State Duma Committee on Education, Yana Lantratova, turned to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu with a request to grant a deferment from partial mobilization to teachers of secondary and primary schools.
According to her, at the moment it is important to ensure the continuity of the educational process.
“I believe that teachers of secondary and primary education should be included in the list of workers who do not fall under partial mobilization,” Lantratova said.
She added that now there is a shortage of male teachers in the country. This has a negative impact on the psychological health of schoolchildren, in particular those who are brought up in single-parent families.
Recall that earlier the leader of Opora Rossii, Kalinin, sent an appeal signed by representatives of the Russian business community to the Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov with a request to grant a deferment from partial mobilization for key and highly qualified employees of small and medium-sized businesses.
