Russian show business stars and billionaires will return due to the lack of interest in them in the West. This opinion was expressed to RIA Novosti by State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev.
The parliamentarian predicted a quick return of billionaires and stars after their flight from Russia. “In Europe and Israel, no one needs them anymore,” Khamzaev noted.
In his opinion, in the West, Russian celebrities and rich people are being “sucked out of every last bit of money and public activity.”
The deputy cited the example of billionaire Mikhail Fridman, who first moved from Great Britain to Israel, and, amid the escalation, returned to Moscow. Khamzaev drew attention to how violent the public reaction was to the businessman’s return.
The deputy called ordinary relocants “world wanderers” who aroused only contempt among ordinary people. He is confident that specialized services should check their motives and willingness to repent.
