“Be sure to drain the water from the water heating system, barrels, taps and pipes,” the parliamentarian first suggests. Next, you should dry them so that the water does not stagnate. “Otherwise on a frosty day it will freeze and burst the batteries,” he warned. “The drain taps should be left open at the lowest points,” Gavrilov added.
If there are no plans to come to the dacha in winter, then you can pour antifreeze into the system, which will not freeze and lubricate the heating system.
If the SNT has a public water supply system, then on the day the water in the village is turned off, the street taps must be opened, so that, again, the pipes do not burst in winter.
As for the gas cylinder, you can safely leave it at the dacha. The cold only compresses the gas and the cylinder is not in any danger. You just need to close the valve and disconnect the cylinder from the stove.
To avoid a fire, you should turn off all electrical appliances and electricity, since, as Gavrilov is sure, power outages can cause a fire.
