As the parliamentarian clarified, various developed countries resort to such a length of the working week. Among other things, it corresponds to all the possibilities of the Russian labor market.
According to her, in the Netherlands at the moment the working week is 33 hours. Russia, according to Bessarab, can be progressive in this direction.
“I think the time has come to talk about reducing the working week for all categories of workers. At the moment, labor efficiency has increased, and employers treat employees the same as they did 50 years ago,” Bessarab added.
