Delimkhanov announced Kadyrov’s order to deal with the fight in the Riviera shopping center

State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov said that the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, urged him to sort out the situation with the mass brawl, in which Shovkhal Churchaev, one of the most famous pop-MMA fighters, took part. After a fight in the Moscow Riviera shopping center, several people were detained by the police, and Churchaev’s fight with Artyom Rofal was canceled.

The brawl began right during a press conference in the mall where the event was held. One of the spectators was beaten, and a native of Chechnya took a direct part in the fight.

State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov reacted to the incident. He stated that on behalf of Kadyrov, he took the incident under his personal control. According to Delimkhanov, he is in touch with the mayor of the capital and the heads of law enforcement agencies in the region.

“Certainly, such incidents are condemned by the head of the Chechen Republic and the Chechen people,” Delimkhanov emphasized. According to him, the athlete “should be restrained and disciplined, not arranging meaningless shows.” Delimkhanov also said that “in the pursuit of likes and hype, some bloggers sometimes cross the line” and “their behavior can cast a shadow on our entire people.”

RT notesthat Farid Yadullayev and Kirill Lapshin almost got into a fight at the press conference, they were taken away by the guards. After that, a spectator rose from his seat and asked permission to ask a question. He stated that he is a hater. He was later beaten.

The brawl began near the rows where those who came to the press conference were sitting, but later moved to the escalator, where there were ordinary people who watched in shock. The victim continued to be hit, even when he was already lying on the floor. Security with difficulty reassured those present.

Law enforcement authorities detained several people, among whom, as reported, was Churchaev. In the evening, he wrote on social networks that he broke his finger, so his duel with Rofal is in jeopardy. The organization later confirmed that the fight would not take place. They did not look for a new rival for Rofal, they paid him the full fee.
