Dagestan sambists won two gold medals in Israel

The night before, at the airport in Makhachkala, we met our winners of sambo wrestlers who won gold medals at the European Championships in Israel. They are Dzhambulat Majidov and Shamil Kuramagomedov.
The tournament was held in the city of Haifa, more than five hundred athletes from 13 countries participated in it. Dagestanis competed in the team of the International SAMBO Federation.
The home of the champions was met by relatives, friends, athletes and coaches who were no less happy than the winners themselves.
