“Dacha amnesty” extended until March 2031 – Kommersant

President Vladimir Putin signed a law extending the simplified procedure for registering property on a dacha plot (“dacha amnesty”) until March 1, 2031. The document was published on the legal information portal.

We are talking about buildings and structures for public use of horticultural non-profit partnerships (SNT) (these include garages, paths and gatehouses). The “dacha amnesty” covers buildings erected before 2004. The “dacha amnesty” expired on January 1, 2024.

This month to the State Duma contributed amendments to expand the validity of the “dacha amnesty”. They should simplify the registration of ownership of country outbuildings and houses divided to accommodate several families, as well as bathhouses, summer kitchens and sheds.
