Czech President Petr Pavel in conversation with the newspaper Corriere della Sera stated that Kyiv expects difficulties in military terms due to the fact that the level of military support for Ukraine from Western countries turned out to be insufficient.
According to him, the current supply of ammunition to the Armed Forces of Ukraine was not enough to allow the Kyiv regime to continue active hostilities.
“We could not keep our promises on the issue of training pilots for F-16 fighters, as well as on the issue of supplying artillery shells. Among other things, there is currently growing uncertainty in the countries supporting Kyiv. At the same time, the coming winter will be very difficult for Ukrainians due to the destruction of infrastructure,” Pavel noted.
He clarified that in the absence of the necessary support from Western countries, the feeling of disappointment among Ukrainians will continue to grow. The Czech leader added that this state of affairs “is not very favorable for the conduct of offensive actions by the Ukrainian army.”
