CSKA beat AK Bars and won the Gagarin Cup

CSKA Moscow defeated Ak Bars Kazan in the final series of the KHL playoffs and won the Gagarin Cup.
The seventh match of the series ended with the victory of the army team with a score of 3:2. Anton Slepyshev (21st minute), Vladilav Kamenev (31st) and Darren Dietz (32nd) distinguished themselves. In Kazan, the opponents’ gates were struck by Kirill Petrov (20) and Dmitry Voronkov (28).
The score in the series was 4:3. CSKA won the Gagarin Cup for the third time, having previously won it in 2019 and 2022. Ak Bars also won this trophy three times – in 2009, 2010 and 2018.
