CSKA beat Ak Bars and equalized in the final series of the Gagarin Cup

CSKA Moscow defeated Ak Bars Kazan 3-0 and equalized the score in terms of the number of victories in the final series of the Gagarin Cup. Both teams now have one win each. The match was held at the Tatneft-Arena stadium in Kazan.
Vladislav Kamenev scored the first goal in the 13th minute, Yaroslav Dyblenko scored the second (35th minute), Mikhail Grigorenko scored the third (59).
The third game of the series will take place in Moscow on April 21. The first match in the final confrontation also passed in Kazan and ended with the victory of “Ak Bars” with a score of 4:1.
The Gagarin Cup is a prize awarded to the winner of the play-offs of the Continental Hockey League. “Ak Bars” won this trophy three times, CSKA – two, is the current owner of the Cup. The final series continues up to four victories for one of the teams.
