Lukashenka also said that a “large car ferry” would come to Kerch in the evening; it is expected to run from the fishing port in the future.
“The weather today does not allow anything at all,” the official said.
TASS notes that the head of the regional department recommended “those who want to cross to the Kuban coast look for an overnight stay.”
However, after about 20 minutes, RIA Novosti reported that the Crimean Ministry of Transport denied the weather data and stated that “the weather allows launching a ferry service in Crimea.”
