Crimean authorities sold nationalized property worth 815 million rubles

Eight auctions for the sale of nationalized real estate were held in Crimea, contracts worth over 815 million rubles were concluded, reported Chairman of the State Council of the Republic Vladimir Konstantinov in his Telegram channel.
In Crimea, work is underway to alienate previously nationalized property of Ukrainian oligarchs. <…> Purchase and sale agreements were concluded for an amount exceeding RUB 815 million. The lots included residential and commercial real estate,” he wrote.
Konstantinov said that notices have now been posted about the sale of four residential premises at auction; the authorities expect that they will bring the budget 27 million rubles.
“In addition, the sale of about 100 objects of nationalized property is planned in the near future. These are residential premises, including the apartment of the Zelensky couple, sanatorium and resort facilities, retail and commercial premises. From their implementation, revenues of more than 800 million rubles are planned to the republic’s budget,” said the Chairman of the State Council.
