Advisor to the head of the Crimea Oleg Kryuchkov said that there are no restrictions on entry and exit in the region. He wrote about this in your telegram channel.
He noted that the receipt of additional powers by governors does not mean the automatic introduction of restrictive measures.
“Headquarters will be formed, and restrictions may be introduced by their decision. There are no restrictions on entry and exit in Crimea,” Kryuchkov said in a statement.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the introduction of a “medium level of response” in eight Russian regions – Crimea, Sevastopol, Bryansk, Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, Rostov regions and the Krasnodar Territory. This level, in particular, provides for the introduction of a special regime for entry into and exit from the territory of the region, and restriction of freedom of movement within it.
