Crimea adopts law on issuance of land to participants of military operation in Ukraine

Deputies of the State Council of Crimea adopted in the first reading a bill on the free and simplified provision of land plots for the construction of houses to participants in the military operation in Ukraine, Kommersant was told in the press service of the parliament of the republic.

The explanatory note to the document notes that the participant of the special operation, who has a permanent registration in the Crimea on February 24, 2022, receives an extraordinary right to provide a plot that is allocated from republican property without payment and bidding. Family members of fallen servicemen can also claim the land.

In the future, an executive body of the republic will be determined in Crimea, which will be engaged in the formation of lists of such sites. “This is the little that we can do for those who do not hide in holes from mobilization, but, as a man should, stand up for the protection of the interests and security of our Motherland,” commented in Telegram initiative of the speaker of the State Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan Vladimir Konstantinov.

He also proposed a federal ban on Russian citizens who left the country during mobilization to return.

Recall, the President of Russia announced a partial mobilization on 21 September. In the Crimea and Sevastopol, about 2 thousand people were drafted into the army, who were in reserve. At the same time, according to the authorities of the region, about 400 people were later returned home, who were given incorrect summonses.
