Judge refuses ex-president trump’s trial in the case of attempted rape
A judge in New York has denied ex-US President Donald Trump annulment of the process on charges of violence, according to the Associated Press. The accusation was brought against him by the writer and journalist Jean Carroll.
The ex-president’s lawyer filed an application with a request to declare invalid and annul the process against his client under the Carroll lawsuit.
Opening the meeting on Monday, Judge Louis Kaplan said that “the petition was rejected.”
