The Arbitration Court of the Perm Territory denied the rap-rock group Anacondaz a claim filed against the police and the Perm Treasury. The musicians complained about the cancellation of the concert in Perm.
“The claim is completely dismissed,” the court’s electronic file says.
In August of the outgoing year, Anacondaz was required to recognize the actions of the police to cancel the concert as illegal, and to recover damages in the amount of 255 thousand rubles.
The performance was supposed to take place on July 23. Local media then reported that the musicians managed to perform four songs. A few days later, the group’s performance was disrupted in Yekaterinburg.
In their TG channel, Anacondaz promised to sue due to the cancellation of concerts caused by “pressure from the authorities on venues and organizers.”
