The Lefortovo court decided that Ivleeva’s naked party was propaganda of homosexual relations
According to the decision of the Lefortovo court, the naked party, which took place at the Mutabor nightclub in Moscow, was aimed at promoting non-traditional sexual relationships. Rapper Nikolai Vasiliev (Vacio), who participated in this event, was previously arrested for 15 days.
According to the case file, on December 21, 2023, Nikolai Vasiliev was seen at a themed party at the Mutabor club, where content aimed at developing non-traditional sexual attitudes and the attractiveness of such relationships was distributed.
The court found him guilty of an administrative offense related to the promotion of non-traditional sexual relations and imposed a fine of 200 thousand rubles. The court also found that the rapper violated public order and used coarse obscene language. The court ruling notes that Vasiliev himself partially admitted his guilt, saying that he attended the party naked in accordance with the dress code, but did not agree to be filmed and did not distribute the video with thematic content on the Internet.
The party, hosted by blogger Anastasia (Nastya) Ivleeva, took place in “Mutabor” on the night of December 21. Guests were asked to come “virtually naked.” The event was attended by such celebrities as Philip Kirkorov, Dmitry Bilan, Lolita Milyavskaya, Glukoza, Anna Asti, as well as journalist Ksenia Sobchak.
