Court in Moscow arrests trash blogger Hilmi Forks for 12 days

Blogger Hilmi Forks was arrested for 12 days by the Simonovsky Court of Moscow on charges of petty hooliganism. This was reported to the court.
“The court recognized Oleinik Kh.K. guilty of committing an offense under part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism),” the court said.
The reasons for the protocol were not specified.
Earlier, the blogger was fined 1,000 rubles under the same article. In the capital’s central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, they explained that the protocol was drawn up in connection with a fight that took place in a cafe of a fast food chain.
Earlier, the media reported that Moscow law enforcement agencies opened a criminal case against the blogger on charges of distributing pornographic material. He is currently under bail.
