“Cool indicator”: 30 people fought for the first Cup of the head of rowing on supboards in Salekhard

On July 22, in the district capital, the northerners competed for the Cup of the head of the municipality in rowing on sapboards. Such competitions were held in the municipality for the first time, the press service of the city administration reported.
30 people took part in the event, they went to the start in two distances: 200 and 500 meters. As the authorities noted, this is a cool indicator for a new and not at all Arctic sport.
The cup of the head was presented to the family of Margarita and Matvey Laptander.
Among men, Yuriy Laptander won in rowing, Matvey Laptander took the second place, and Danil Yar took the third place.
Among women, Valentina Horotetto became the strongest, Katerina Kuznetsova finished second, and Margarita Laptander third.
Earlier we said that Oleg Stoyanovsky and Ilya Leshukov from the Novy Urengoy volleyball club Fakel, like a year ago, became champions Russian Cup.
