Muscovites can complain about unremoved snow or an icy sidewalk in the yard to the Unified Dispatch Center (EDC).
The fact that the EDC began to accept telephone applications related to the maintenance of adjacent territories in the winter is reported on the official website of the Mayor of Moscow.
“Last year, city residents left more than 200,000 applications for winter work. Most often, people asked to remove snow and ice in the yards,” the report says.
To leave an application for one of the 18 winter topics, you need to call the EDC: 8 (495) 539-53-53. The call will be answered by a bot or operator. They will need to tell the essence of the problem, the exact address where the specialists need to go, and their contact details.
You can also apply to the EDC with an application about the lack of electricity, hot or cold water, problems with the garbage chute, intercom. Applications related to the need to carry out minor repairs in the entrance are also accepted.
A report on mos.ru states that more than 80% of applications received by the EDC are processed on the same day they are submitted.
