Competitions in rhythmic gymnastics “Gold of Udokan” will be held in Chita for the first time

From September 1 to September 4, Chita will host the first in the history of the Trans-Baikal Territory All-Russian competition in rhythmic gymnastics “Gold of Udokan”. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Sports of the Trans-Baikal Territory.
Athletes from 22 regions of the country plan to take part in the competition. The opening and closing ceremonies will be attended by the stars of national rhythmic gymnastics: the coach of the Olympic champion Margarita Mamun Amina Zaripova, the world and European champion in rhythmic gymnastics, the president of the Voskhod IFSOO Alexander Buklov, the coach of the Russian national team, the chief referee of the Udokan Gold competition Evgenia Finkelstein, as well as members of the Russian team.
The organizer of the competition is the Interregional Physical Culture and Sports Public Organization for the Development and Popularization of Rhythmic Gymnastics “Voskhod” with the support of the Governor of the Trans-Baikal Territory and the regional one and with the participation of the Development Fund of the Trans-Baikal Territory.
The general partner of the all-Russian competition is the Udokan Copper Company.
Competitions “Gold of Udokan” will be held at the address: Trans-Baikal Territory, Chita, st. Generala Belik, 41, SKK “Megapolis Sport”. The opening ceremony will take place on September 1 at 12:00.
