“Of course, the law says that it is necessary to preferentially take those who have combat experience,” Mr. Kokovin explained, “we adhere to this. But not all of us have one. For this, combat coordination is carried out in the area of the training ground. Then people will come to the NWO zone. There, they will also be trained under the guidance of those who have combat experience.
According to the military commissar, mobilization in the region will continue after the already called-up residents of the region undergo retraining in training centers of the Sverdlovsk and Tyumen regions.
