Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny called on the UK to help Ukraine strengthen its air defense system. He wrote about this on social networks after a meeting with the Chief of the British Defense Staff Tony Radakin.
“He spoke about our defensive and offensive actions at the front. He especially noted the need to strengthen our air defense,” Zaluzhny said.
According to him, he informed Radakin about the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Earlier, the head of the British Ministry of Defense, Grant Shapps, visited Kyiv; he promised Ukraine further military support from London.
