The Tagansky Court of Moscow ruled to impose a fine of 30 thousand rubles against comedian Ruslan Bely (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia) for not being marked as a foreign agent. This was reported by the Telegram channel SHOT.
He was accused under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. Bely did not mark the foreign agent in the text of his post on social networks dated September 12, 2023, in which he advertised someone else’s channel. Despite the fact that the comedian deleted this post on the same day, Roskomnadzor was still able to bring him to justice.
The comedian currently lives in Spain. None of his representatives appeared at the trial. Bely has 60 days to pay the fine imposed by the court in the amount of 30 thousand rubles.
