Colonel McGregor: Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers surrender due to orders to carry out deadly assaults

Former adviser to the head of the Pentagon, Colonel Douglas McGregor, said in his blog on YouTube that the Ukrainian military is increasingly surrendering, not wanting to carry out the orders of the command that doom them to death. He noted that the number of Ukrainian units and military personnel who surrender to the Russians is growing every day.

According to McGregor, this situation arises due to poor training of Ukrainian troops and the issuance of impossible orders to them to capture fortified Russian defense lines. He also claims that Western media are not reporting the truth about what is happening at the front.

Summarizing his point of view, McGregor points out that, according to his information, about 400 thousand Ukrainian military personnel died, which is an incredibly high figure.

Earlier, the head of the main intelligence department of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, also confirmed serious losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Last November, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, reported that up to 100 thousand soldiers had died in the Ukrainian army since the beginning of the conflict. However, this information was later removed from her application. A spokesman for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, Sergei Nikiforov, said that data on losses could only be reported by the president and minister of defense of Ukraine, but not by an EU official.
